A gap analysis was performed for PJ Enterprises to identify telephone operator training needs. The details were compiled and presented to PJ Enterprises as a prerequisite to identify training solutions.

Higher Ed. Design Proposal and Developed Lesson

This ELA lesson was developed for Designers for Learning. Avialable on OER Commons, this lesson enables teachers who teach adult basic education to teach the concept of main idea and details.

Instructor's Guide

As a result of the performance analysis report, PJ Enterprises chose to train their telephone operators on principles of customer service and use of the updated product guide. An instructor's guide was developed as a part of this training.

The amount of time spent by IDs on different phases.

This course was developed as a part of Vrije University Brussels for teachers who plan to teach students with dyslexia, K-2 and early childhood.

E-Learning Module: email Etiquettes

This e-Learning module was developed to introduce internal clients and stakeholders to the general protocols of exchanging emails within and outside the company. The storyboard and e-Learning module was developed using captivate and housed on the internal LMS for all to view. A certificate of completion was sent via email once the employees completed the course.
