I often find myself asking, is there a way to imbibe gamification in ILT or blended learning? The depth of gamification is much broader than games in an eLearning format. Considering gamification is an ideology that is gaining popularity at a fast pace, can we bring the elements of gamification into instructor led and blended learning? If so how? Is there a technique to combine the features of gamification with ILT, vILT or blended learning format?

The answer to these questions is yes. YES it is possible to combine these elements. There are a million different ways to use the inherent features of gamification and make learning engaging or exciting.
